Topsoil salvage areas are not shown on Map 2.05.3-3e for the Lorencito Canyon surface mine as stated on page 2.05-33a of the proposed permit application. Salvage areas and depths should be provided for this contour mining area. ©K Response -Map 2.05.3-3e has been revised to include salvage areas and depths for the Lorencito Canyon Surface Mine area. 30. Topsoil storage areas are depicted on Map 2.05.3-1 Mine Plan. Many of these proposed azeas lie on top of fills and within the boundaries of proposed ponds. Rule 2.05.3(5) requires a map prepazed according to the standards of Rule 2.10 of the proposed topsoil stockpiles. Please 5~ , submit a map that clearly depicts all proposed stockpiles in locations not proposed for other Ca`es ~ disturbance. Page 2.05-39 of the proposed application incorrectly states that pre-blast surveys are not required for residences within %: mile of the blasting area.
