Adequate (or
underlying native soils, if present) will be left in place to facilitate colluvium stockpile
"footprint" area revegetation.
Item 2: Implicit within the stated commitments to (a) perform a general cleanup of the affected
areas prior to initiation of reclamation; and (b) stabilize both the east and west banks of Imogene
Creek, was the (unstated) intention to remove all miscellaneous debris, inclusive of scrap
timbers, deadfall, and miscellaneous steel debris present within the creek bed.
