(P&M), hereby serves notice <br />of its intention to apply for partial release of a Self-Bond (performance bond) held on reclaimed <br />acreage at the Edna Mine. <br />P&M seeks release of $464,143.00 from the performance bonds for areas with reclamation <br />liability covered under Permit C-80-001. Permit C-80-001 was originally issued November 16, <br />1981. Reclamation work in the aeeas for which bond release is requested includes backfilling <br />and grading. Reclamation activities took place in 1996. <br />The Edna Mine is located northwest of Oak Creek in Routt County, Colorado. The areas <br />affected by this request aze located west of the 6'" PM and aze contained in Section 36, TSN, <br />R86W; Sections 31 and 32, TSN, R85W; Sections 12, 13, 24 and 25, T4N, R86W; and Sections <br />7, 18, 19 and 30, T4N, R85W.
