<br />Dear Mr. Pfister:
<br />The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) Western Region has been
<br />requested by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CO-DMRS) to consult
<br />with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USE&WS) regarding the above subject.
<br />The Foidel Creek underground coal mine is located in Routt County, Colorado approximately
<br />twenty-two (22) miles southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado on State of Colorado and
<br />private lands on all of or portions of the following lands;
<br />Township 4 West, Range 86 West 6`h P.M.
