You will note that under Exhibit 'A' <br />Legal Description that the following parcels in the SLJ'4 of Section <br />36, Township 10 North, Range 70 ldest, 6th P.M., Larimer County, <br />Colorado were included in our amendment at that time. <br />1. Fine Grind Plant (CBLC Lease No. 5-36837) 4.67 Acres <br />2. Haul Road (CBLC Lease No. 5-36837) 1.65 Acres <br />3. Office & Shop (CBLC Lease No. 5-36479) 3.50 Acres <br />TOTAL... 9.82 Acres <br />The above areas are indicated on our Exhibit 'C'. <br />We are enclosing four (4) copies each of a boundary survey, part of <br />Section 36-10-70 and a road R.O.W. description, part of Section <br />36-10-70 surveyed by Stewart and Associates. On these surveys made <br />by Stewart and Associates, you will note the following areas: <br />1. Tract 'A' Fine Grind Plant 4.6746 Acres <br />2. Tract 'B' Fine Grind Plant 6.7155 Acres <br />3. Tract 'C' Office & Shop 3.3705 Acres <br />4.
