The issuance of the permit does <br />not assure the applicant that no Injury will occur to andher vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested water right <br />from seeking relief in a civil court action. <br />2) The construction d this well shall be In compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2, unless approval of a <br />variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners d Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Cornractors in <br />accordance with Rule 18. <br />3) Approved pursuarn to CRS 37~21i02(3)(b)(n for uses as described In CRS 37-92-Er02(1)(f). Use d this well is limitetl to <br />monitoring water levels and/or water quallry sampling. <br />4) Approved forthe use d an existing well constructed on December 10, 1995, to a total depth of 916 feet. A monitoring hole notice <br />was acknowledged under MH,26646, on October 3, 1995, This well is (mown as W-98-11. <br />5) This well must be equipped wkh a locking cap or seal to prevem well contamination or possible hazards as an open well. The <br />well must be kept locked at all times except during sampling or measuring. <br />6) Records d water level measuremems and water qualiry analyses shall be malrnained by the well owner and submitted to the <br />Division of Water Resources upon request. <br />7) Upon conclusion d the monkodng program the well owner shall plug and seal this well in accordance with the Water Well <br />Construction Rules. A Weft Abandonment Report mist be completed and sutxnitted to the Division d Water Resources within <br />60 days d plugging and sealing. <br />8) The owner shall mark the well in a conspicuous place wRh well permit number antl name of aqu'rfer as appropriate, and shall take <br />necessary means and precautions to preserve these markings. <br />9) This well must have bean constructed by or under the supenrislon d e licensed well driller or other authorized individual <br />according to the Water Well Construction Rules. <br />10) A Well Completion Report was submitted on July 12, 1996.
