As you can see, their comments involve a vacation plat rr:quirement <br />of the adjacent property owner, application for a conditional use permit on the <br />operation, etc. <br />Mr. Laughrey may not be able to meet the County's conditions for the vac~ition of the <br />adjacent roadway as it involves action on the part of his neighbor. <br />Does Mr. Laughrey have options beyond amending the permit to include ttie adjacent <br />roadway. Could he prepare and implement a Corrective Action Plan to eliminate the <br />encroachment. <br />Please contact the undersigned with your thoughts on this matter.
