Lang <br />Division Director <br />On September 1, 1999 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on July 21, 1999, addressing the following: <br />Removing all mining stages and reclamation phases, change in mining method, change in final shape of <br />the south lake shore and small pond area on the north side, and revision to reclamation map. <br />Also reduction in financial warranty from current $79,800.00 to $55,400.00 <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-81-202-SG. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-81-202-SG remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />The new estimated liability amount for the Silt Pit is $24,400.00 less than the current $79,800.00.
