The date of appropriation: <br />January 1, 1958 for each spring well <br />6. The amount of water: <br />Montgomery House Spring Well - 0.005 cubic feet per <br />second (2; gpm) <br />Buster Big Spring well - 0.015 cubic feet per second <br />(6 3/9 gpm). <br />Beech Hill Spring Well - 0.002 cubic feet per second <br />(1 gpm), <br />7. The use of the water: <br />For each spring - stock water and natural irrigation <br />of a small area from overflow. <br />8. The structures are natural springs which have been <br />improved from time to time by the appropriators by <br />cleaning, enlarging, and installation of pipe and <br />collection works. Therefore, the structures are <br />wells. <br />9. All spring wells - <br />These water rights, so long as uses are limited to those <br />decreed herein, are exempt from administration by the <br />State Engineer pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-602. <br />DATED this 17th day of February 1983. <br />MO S.
