This Minor Revision attempts to address all of the issues
raised in the mid-term review with the exception of Item 4, the amount of the bond.
As we have discussed, CEC has arranged for the preparation of a Phase I bond release
application, which may (depending on the results of this year's reclamation vegetation sampling)
be followed by a Phase II bond release application. The anticipated effect of the approval of one
or both of these applications would be a reduction in the amount of the bond, to or below the
amount currently required, and posted by CEC. The present anticipation is to submit the Phase I
bond release application by the end of August.
While we trust that you will find the materials presented to be sufficiently complete and directed
toward the issues raised by the mid-term review, should there be questions or a need for further
clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me (303 277-3455). Thanks again for your
forbearance while we worked through this process.
Rego
Donald W. MacDonald )
Manager, Energy Services
Enclosures
