He was concerned about Rick's discussion of creating an I8 acre <br />lake with the subsidence of Fish Creek. The Ashley's do no[ feel that more water on their land would be beneficial to <br />them. The Ashley's cunetttly lease the grazing to Twentymile. <br />Mr. Ashley wanted [o ask TCC for compensation on the loss of his flooded acreage. Two years ago they had their land <br />appraised a[ $575/acre. He is thinking in tens of compensation for this potential loss. <br />Mr. Ashley did have a copy of the re,ulations. I directed him to [he subsidence and material subsidence damage <br />regulations. I also asked that if Ite had additional questions to give me a call. He did not yet have [Ite letter from TCC <br />regarding OK to subside NMD lands. He Itadjttst spoken with Rick on the phone. I asked if he could send me a copy of <br />the agreement letter once TCC sent n to him. He agreed to do so. <br />We also discussed to upcoming subsidence of Panel 5 longwall under the Ranch house. Mr. Ashley said there are renters <br />in the Ranch house currently. He thought TCC would be moving the renters out shortly. The Ranch house was brought in <br />from M[. Harris many years ago. It does have a full basemen[. He had some question in his mind about Ito~v well the <br />Ranch house would weather the subsidence. <br />He only uses the "cabin" occasionally. The cabin lays over the gateroad (6R). We don't expect slot of subsidence of the <br />cabin. <br />
