In response to your letter <br />dated July 25, 1997, the location of the mine has been added to <br />the first page of the bond form and Mr. McNab's qualifications <br />for signature are attached. At this time Powderhorn does not <br />have a corporate seal. Per our conversation late last month the <br />seal is not 'necessary. Box 98 <br />Louisville, KY 40201-0098 <br />Phone No. (502)636-9191 <br />We are in the middle of a Mid-term Permit Revision that will <br />increase the amount of the bond. we are working on a rider for <br />the additional amount.
