Box 1299 <br />Paonia, Colorado 81428 <br />RE: Notification of the April 20, 1993 Expiration of the Cyprus Orchard <br />Valley Mine Permit, File No. C-81-038, Renewal RN-02 <br />Dear Mr. Koehler: <br />According to our records, the mining permit for the Orchard Valley Mine <br />expires April 20, 1993. As required by Rule 2.08.5(2)(a) of the regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, application for the renewal of a <br />permit shall be filed with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division at <br />least 180 days before the expiration of the existing permit. The request for <br />renewal must be received prior to October 21, 1992 to be eligible for the <br />right of successive renewal as defined in Rule 2.08.5(1).
