They wW be surface ditches
large enough to accomadate two second feet. The established drainage areas are atready
stabllized, as I mentioned before. from yeazs of repeated use. There can be no larger Ilow than
before, because of the number of acres assigned [o receive water. I expect less water. For sure
you cannot receive more water than is measured out by the ditch rider to your acreage. I don't
see how seepage can increase without more lrrigatlon. The seepage plus run off cannot exceed
the amount allotted. SoIl absorptlon and evaporatlon will subtract from this amount. No
additional rip rap will be needed.
The area on the south end that has the two poles removed on the 110 permit, in my
mind was addressed. This area was completed, except for pole relocation by the previous permit
holder. I was advised by your people to transfer permit to myself if I wished to firdsh areas
around the poles after relocaion. To resubmit would be diIDcult I was told. In my mind, the
slopes were addressed when the transfer was approved. I will treat that area the same as the
rest. Mine the area where poles were and do the reclamatlon earth work.
