Reference is made by RRI to page 9 of Exhibit D of the
Amendment in regards to exceptions to the 50 foot buffe .
The amendment was withdrawn April 23, 1990. The permit boundary
and allowable affected lands are those stated in the pe it
approved by the MLRB February 21-22, 1990, until a cha ge is
approved by the Board. An exception to the 50 foot lim t is being
considered with this revision.
