The applicable regulations, Section 2.03.4 and 2.03.5, <br />were revised in 1990. You should have received a copy of the revised <br />regulations from the Division. These revisions require additional <br />information, such as the person who will pay the abandoned mine land <br />reclamation fee 12.03.4(2)(c)1, the date when an officer's position was <br />assumed, (2.03.4(3)(c)1, and additional information concerning violations, <br />including state permit number and the person issued the violation <br />f2.03,5(3)(a)]. This information in regard to Entech must be submitted as <br />well as for Wyoming Fuels.
