Sava all of the roads and buildings been portrayed! Sao Rule 2.12(3)(b). <br />E. 8~[HIBIT D - Mining Plan <br />1. The subsidence on Rsd Mountain which Ss directly attributabls to the <br />mining oparatioa hat not been addressed nor hsa it been portrayed on <br />the mining plan maps. Plsue supply this information. <br />2. Plaeee ante that the following •tstement e:ista on page 5-4 of eha <br />original application, "Surface subsidence is not azpectad to occur at <br />Henderson." Since subsidence has occured, what mitigation measures <br />will ba taken? What is Climes doing to reduce the possibility of new <br />subsidence occurring? Please idsatily all areas whore future aubei- <br />daace could occur. <br />C. HXHIBIT 8 - Reclamation PLn <br />1. Please idsatily all grading to 6e left •tesper than 2:1 oa dry laced <br />and 3t1 from 5 last above to 10 Peat below the ezpacted avatar line. <br />Saa Rule 6.1(!). <br />2. Please justify all steep slopes sad describe how they will be reclaimed. <br />3. Please describe how the new roadcuta will be reclaimed. Where physi- <br />cally possible, eha roads should be nliminatad by grading back to <br />contour, the compaction ripped to s depth of at least 8 inches. topsoil <br />replaced (dry), seedbed prepaired and the area seeded and planted as <br />according to pLn. Saa Ruls 6.1 (b) and (!) and Rule 6.5. Please <br />identify and describe the roads wham this proceadura would not be <br />possible. <br />
