I request that this article be include~j in your files for the above referenced <br />sand and gravel permit. <br />The article authoritatively references two consecutive years of drought conditions in the <br />area of the Stegner sand and gravel mine. Below average precipitation and above <br />average temperatures will tend to lower ground water levels.
