In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day public comment <br />period for the Division's decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed decision will be published in <br />the The Durango Herald as soon as possible. <br />Stipulations, if any are imposed, aze included on the enclosed riders to the permit. If stipulations aze <br />imposed, an authorized representative of National King Coal, LLC must sign and return one rider to the <br />Division.
