The revision was submi«ed by Kerr Coal Company. All review <br />and comment periods as provided in [he Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />Kerr Coal Company is proposing to change the disposal location for demolition debris from reclamation of the Kerr tipple. <br />Concret demolition debris will be buried in the sub-grade portion of the crasher building. All other debris will be hauled to <br />the mine site and buried alon the toe of the shop area pad, and covered. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 12 miles east of Walden, Colorado. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br />T8N, R78W, Portions of Section 2 <br />T9N, R78W, Portions of Sections 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 35 <br />T9N, R79W, Portions of Sections 28, 29 (loadou[) <br />The above-mentioned vacts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Walden. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Jackson County Courthouse, Box 337, <br />Walden, CO 80480, and at the Division office. For additional information or to provide written comments, contact the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
