With the submittal of <br />designs for Pit # 1 diversion ditches 22D10 and 22D11, I recommend that this <br />technical revision be approved. <br />For inspection purposes, you should be aware that diversion ditches 22D10 and <br />22D11 are designed with erosive velocities. Trinidad Basin Mining has <br />committed to quarterly monitoring of these ditches. If they find that the <br />ditches have eroded, they have committed to repair of the problem area. <br />/md <br />Doc.
