Air Emission Permit - Emission permit 12MF983(FD) found <br />in Exhibit 8 provides the authorization for a total coal <br />storage not to exceed 1x106 tons at any time. Colowyo <br />does not anticipate attaining this limit. <br />2. Topsoil - Consistent with the topsoil practices outlined <br />in the permit, topsoil will be placed in an existing <br />topsoil stockpile or will be used for reclamation. Wind <br />and water erosion will be provided by a vegetative cover. <br />3.
