[Je are trying to get some advice from
the Attorney General as to how to proceed from here, but if no action is taken,
the requested amendment will be considered approved by default on th~= 120th day
after "completeness" notification and bond Ivi11, by statute, be set at $2,000.00
per acre (or fraction thereof); the amended acreage would become a Dart of the
permit area as soon as bond has been reviewed and approved.
I will keep you posted if there are any further developments. Feel .free to
contact me if necessary.
Sincerely,
~_?~ ;, ~'
'.
Peter N. Evans ~ .
Reclamation Specialist
PNE:ys
