Issues resolved are not included in this letter. <br />Ilvdrolo¢y Description (2.04.7) <br />MCC will install the additional piezometers within 60-days after the completion of the <br />installation of the liner for Phase 1. This time period will allow the majority of the gob haul <br />for the 9th longwall panel to be completed, minimizing the potential for traffic conflicts and <br />for damage to the piezometers. <br />Fish and Wildlife Resources Information (2.04.11) <br />Exhibit 67 has been revised as the Division requested. In addition, the proposed Lone Pine <br />Gulch pond (a near future revision application) has been included in the evaporation <br />estimate. <br />Operation Plan -Permit Area (2.05.3) <br />13. MCC does not anticipate that field conditions will change drastically from the conditions <br />that have been modeled. MCC is aware ofthe limits of the erosion control mat and <br />understands the importance of following the installation procedures. MCC will utilize <br />qualified persons to install the erosion control mat, if used. <br />
