Green Refractories Inc, Fox No. 1 Pit, Permit No. M-77- 219, AM-002. Dear Mr. Stevens: The Division has reviewed the above referenced amendment application and is familiar with the site. As outlined in the application and with proper reclamation there should be minimal impact to the local wildlife resource. We would like to suggest that S.C.S. seed mix be adopted and that the site be fenced and livestock excluded for at least two growing seasons or until such time as proper vegetative reclamation has been achieved. Otherwise, we believe that applicant has addressed all other concerns we might have. Thank you for providing this opportunity for input.
