All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from <br />this date of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to continue underground coal mining and/or reclat<tation operations on land located <br />approximately one mile east of Somerset, Colorado, in Delta and Gunnison Counties. The permit area is <br />located in the following sections: <br />Township 13 South. Ranee 90 West. 6th P.M.: <br />Sections 9, 10, 15-30, and 3436 <br />Township 13 South. Range 91 West, 6th P.M.: <br />Sections 23-26 <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land aze shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps of Bowie and Somerset. <br />Copies of the renewal application aze available for public inspection at the Delta County Courthouse, <br />501 Pahner, Delta, Colorado; the Gunnison County Courtltouse, 200 East Virginia, Gunnison, Colorado; and <br />at the Division office.
