Our initial review <br />indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act, C,R.S. 34-33=101 et seq., have been submitted: thus <br />your technical revision aoolication has be'en~eemed complete for the purposes <br />of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in <br />the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of <br />filing. <br />A cony of the technical revision application must be filed for public <br />inspection at the location identified in your proposed Dublic notice. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions must also be made in this cony. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been <br />found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this <br />advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07.3.(21 of the Regulations with the <br />exception that the publication need only be run once, and reference to the <br />informal conference specified in Rule 2.07.3(2)(d) should be deleted. Proof <br />of the publication of the advertisement must be filed with the Division as <br />soon as available after the Dublication date. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to <br />determine whether the items you have submitted meet all requirements of the <br />Act and Regulations. You will be notified as to the Division's findings of <br />adequacy or inadequacy of your revision aoolication.
