The <br />voluntary submittal of information by BMRI which comprises Part 2 <br />of this revision, justified as being allowed under Rule 6.2 (3) <br />(e), is really premature. The angled monitoring wells proposed <br />under Part 1 of this revision are not approved; they could be <br />denied. If denied, they could not be accepted as points of <br />compliance as proposed under Part 2.
