This
information is generally forwarded to your office when an
application for bond release is received by MLRD however, this
correspondence was overlooked in this instance. MLRD has completed
its review of the application and has issued a proposed decision to
approve the bond reduction. Public notice of this proposed
decision should have been published on September 18, 1991 in the
Rangely Times. The 30 day public comment period initiated on that
date.
We respectfully request that Albuquerque Field Office submit any
comments regarding the application prior to expiration of the
public comment period if possible. If AFO needs more time to
review the application, please notify our office so that we may
inform the operator.
If you have any questions, please contact me or Susan Morrison.
Sincerely,
Lam- ti~ /
Larry P.
