This task will decrease [he
bond estimate by $3,807.00.
2. Task #12 regarding "demolish and remove remaining structures", "conveyor gantry
superstructure" has not been constructed for a savings of $405.25, and "remove fan and
portal arch" has been completed for and additional $303.94.
These two (2) items alone should save $4,516.19 which is more than the $2,673.00 difference from
the bond amount currently held to the newest reclamation cost estimate.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to call David Miller or me at (435) 637-9200.
Sincerely,
~~ .
Garin B.
