A few comments follow <br />regarding your responses under reference 1). <br />Item 1. See Item 5, reference 2 , d lines 40 and 41 of page 4.05-6, 11.18.98, TR-41. The <br />Division will accept page 4.0~ as written. However, the sentence as reads "Pumping of pit <br />water will not occur during the ] 0-year/24-hour storm events." is more restrictive than necessary. <br />Colowyo may well want to pump during such events. The intent of Item 5 of reference 2 was to <br />address Rule 4.05.6(4). To permit Colowyo more options in operation, and to recognize the <br />restrictions of Rule 4.05.6(4), I suggest rewording of this sentence to read as follows. "Pit <br />pumping rates will be controlled so that there will be no out-flow over emergency spillways from <br />the combined flows of pit pumping and up to 10-year, 24-hour stoma events." <br />
