Lang <br />Division Director <br />Please be advised that Summit Brick & Tile, whose address and telephone number <br />are P 0 Box 533, Pueblo, CO 81002; (719) 542-8278, has filed a conversion <br />application (CN-001) to the 8-Mile Clay Mine, Permit No. M-77-320, which is <br />located at or near Section 4, Township 185, Range 71W, 6th Prime Meridian, in <br />Fremont County. The decision date for the conversion application is scheduled <br />for November 22, 1993. <br />Copies of the application are available for review at the Fremont County Clerk <br />& Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215. 1313 Sherman Street.
