• • "iii iiiiiiiiiiii~i~~ <br />999 <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision to <br />approve a technical revision to the mining and reclamation plans for the <br />Canadian Strip, Permit No. C-81-026, operated by Wyoming Fuel Co, under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1919. The <br />proposed technical revision (TR - 04) was submitted by Wyoming Fuel Co ., on <br />August 9, 1990 for the Canadian Strip. The affected area is located in <br />portions of Sections 2, 10 and 11, Township 8 North, Range 78 West in Jackson <br />County. <br />The technical revision modifies data gathering requirements fur topsoil <br />fertility, vegetation monitoring frequency, and water monitoring. <br />Copies of the proposed technical revision <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203.
