Water quality and quantity baseline data is presented in Exhibits 9, o ~ c <br />10, 11 and 12. Although CYCC has collected data since 1979, conditions,'=~ ' <br />within the drainage have changed dramatically and it is important to ,D~ <br />document current water quality. We request that the applicant submit <br />water quality information collected since April 26, 1983 for surface <br />water Site 14 and ail water quality information for surface water Site <br />39. <br />~/2. Additional documentation of ground water information sources is ~ <br />requested. Please provide or reference well locations and completion 6~, <br />information for all wells used for baseline information and all wells <br />projected for use in the hydrologic monitoring plan. Completion <br />information should include lithology and thickness of the geologic <br />units and construction data. We are specifically interested in the <br />elevation of the top of the casing, the total depth of the well, the <br />well diameter and size of perforations, the types of materials used for <br />the casing, screens, packing and grout and the location of those <br />materials in the well. We11 development methods following completion <br />are also requested.
