Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §322(b)(2) the United States Trustee has determined <br />that William D. Bishop, shalt procure a bond in the face amount of <br />$3D,ODD,p00, in favor of the United States conditioned upon Mr. Bishop's <br />faithful performance of his duties as trustee herein. Given several pending <br />matters that will require the immediate attention of Mr. Bishop as trustee <br />herein, the United• States Trustee requests that the Court extend the time <br />period afforded by ~11 U.S.C. §322(a) for Mr. Bishop to procure and post his <br />surety bond to fifteen (15) days from the entry of the Court's Order approving <br />his appointment herein, with the bond to be procured retroactiae to the date <br />of the filing of this lUotice of Appointment. <br />WHEREFORE the United States Trustee does hereby submit the Appointment of <br />William D.
