The Division hereby
issues a proposed decision to approve the revision in accordance with Section
2.08.5(b)(ii) with the stipulation that Snowmass document that water rights
for the system have been obtained. This is to be done prior to such use of
the water. The Division is, therefore, approving of the design and construction
aspects of then revision only. Snowmass should handle the water rights aspects
of the revision through the pending permit application process. A copy of the
proposed decision has been sent to the Glenwood Post for publication. If,
after 10 days of publication, no public comments have been received, the
decision will become final.
I want to remind you that this information, including the map, must be incoroor-
ated into the application currently pending. This revision does have a
bearing on water use, operation considerations, reclamation, and bonding.
Zf you have arty questions concerning this matter, please contact me.
Sincerely, ~ ~__
~:~ ~ /ice
Robert Liddle
Reclamation Specialist
RL/mt
