(WECC) agrees to comply with the <br />condition you had outlined in your letter approving WECC's <br />request to retreat mine and subside the Northwest Submain <br />and three panels. WECC will observe the nests, and note any <br />use of the nests and production of young. A brief report of <br />our observations will be submitted to you by July 1 of 1990 <br />and 1991. The nest trees will be checked for subsidence <br />caused damage or mortality every other month until <br />subsidence is deemed complete per WECC's subsidence <br />monitoring program approved by the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division.
