RENNER: What I intended to describe <br />12 to the Board this morning was to give you a brief <br />13 overview of the approved permit and then a brief <br />14 overview of the proposed permit amendment, which is <br />15 what we have been reviewing, considering •~his <br />16 morning. <br />17 I will go into a somewhat detailed <br />18 chronology of the events which have occurred during <br />19 the amendment process and then once again reaffirm <br />20 our recommendations to the Board that we previously <br />21 made to you. <br />22 At the March 1989 Board meeting, the <br />23 Board approved the 112 permit application for Battle <br />24 Mountain Resources' San Luis Project.
