Therefore, <br />you will notice that the mining cells have been renumbered. The second mining cell is now east <br />of Cell 1. <br />This operation has a dischazge permit (COG 500318) which allows discharge of dewatering and <br />runoff flows into vazious tributazies of the Blue River. There aze [wo culverts under State <br />Highway 9 which carry these flows to the Blue River. <br />Thattk you for your attention to our Technical Revision.
