Beginning a a point from whence the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of
said Section 30 bears South 89° 08' 20" East 595.14 feet; thence North 48° 55'
32" West 154.57 feet and containing 0.35 acres +.Also a 100-foot wide parcel
of land located in Sections 29 and 30 whose centerline is described as follows:
Beginning at a point from whence the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of
said Section 30 bears South 89° 08' 20" East 595.14 feet; thence South 84° 23'
East 1900.0 feet; thence South 75° 31' East 500 feet more or less to the South
ROW line of State Highway 133, said point hereafter referred to as "Point 2"
and containing 5.51 acres +.
