Long <br />Division Dirrclor <br />The Division is required to notify an operator of the need to file an <br />application for permit renewal at least 90 days prior to that mine's <br />deadline for filing an application for permit renewal. According to <br />our records the permit for the Eagle Mines will expire on September 6, <br />1993. Cyprus Empire will need to submit an application for renewal to <br />the Division by 180 days prior to the permit expiration date or by <br />March 6, 1992 in this case (Rule 2.08.5). <br />For your convenience, I have enclosed a copy of the permit renewal <br />application form.
