Banta. <br />Division Director <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on May <br />20, 1991, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct coal mining <br />operations, File No. C-81-010 (TR - 571, by Trapper Mining Inc., P.O, Box 187, <br />Craig, CO 81626, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews <br />and comment periods as provided in the P.ct and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations at the Trapper <br />Mine, approximately six miles south of Craig, Colorado. Specifically, the <br />applicant proposes to construct a new sedimentation pond in the Far East <br />buzzard drainage. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7,5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Castor Gulch.
