Once <br />the issue regazding total disturbed acreage is resolved, the Division will estimate costs based <br />on the replacement of up to 18" of topsoil on all disturbed areas (topsoi! stockpiles excepted). <br />67. MCC submitted a revised Map 53B and "General Arrangement of Site Layout Showing <br />Sinking Facilities and Services" map, so the response to this comment is adequate. <br />68. MCC revised [he Exhibit 66 text, so the response to this comment is adequate where the <br />reclamation cost estimate is concerned. <br />69. Since development of [he electric borehole will be permitted at a later date, the response to <br />this comment is adequate. <br />70. MCC notes that backfilling, soil stabilizing, compacting, and grading within the SGFA will <br />be done according to standazd construction practices. As the definition of standard <br />construction practices vazies within regions, DMG will need MCC to provide details regarding <br />compaction of backfilled materials and soil stabilization.
