R <br /> <br />Public Notice <br />The Colorado Mined Land <br />beginning at 9:00 a.m., <br />Denver, Colorado. <br />Reclamation Board will hold a Formal Public Hearing <br />June 21, 1989, at Room 220, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />The purpose of the hearing will be to consider approval of an application <br />submitted by Castle Concrete Company to enlarge the permit area of the Snyder <br />Quarry. The Snyder Quarry is located 2 miles north of Manitou Springs in the <br />NW/4 of the NE/4 of Section 32, Township 135, Range 67W, 6th P.M. in E1 Paso <br />County. <br />Any person who previously filed an objection within the initial public comment <br />period shall be admitted as a party to the hearing upon filing a written <br />Request for Party Status and Pre-Hearing Statement describing the basis upon <br />which the permit should be granted or denied no later than 5 p.m. on <br />June 14, 1989. This Request must contain a statement of facts on which the <br />Request is based, a list of witnesses, if any, and a brief summary of the <br />expected testimony of each witness.
