Walther <br /> Esecmive Dueuor <br /> Michael B. long <br /> Dw~sion Dbeaor <br />RE: Amendment Approval, Masonville Stone, Permit No. M-1986-007, AM-002 <br />Deaz Mr. Freeman: <br />On February 9, 2001 the Division approved Mr. Southwick's amendment application to add 7.4 <br />acres to his current 2.5-acre stone quarry. Mr. Southwick's financial warranty was increased by <br />$17,100, bringing the total warranty to $22,100. <br />If is our understanding that you may wish to appeal this action by our Office. Rule 1.4.7 of the <br />Construction Materials Rules describes how to appeal. <br />This Rule reads as follows: <br />1.4.7 Administrative Appeal - 110, 110(6), and 111 Operations <br />Any person aggrieved, by any final action of the Office, may file an appeal of such <br />action before the Board within sixty (60) days of the date of the Office decision (such <br />heazings before the Board shall comply with this rule and the State Administrative <br />Procedures Act, Section 24-4-10~ and 106, C.R.S.).
