The revision
was called complete on February 25, 2005. The decision due date is Apri126, 2005.
In Technical Revision No. 37, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to revise the two dischazge structure
arrangements for Pond F. The primary dischazge structure will be changed from a gated dischazge tube to
a pump and piping that will direct dischazge from the pond under the Fire Mountain Canal by way of an
undershoot culvert. The emergency spill way arrangement will be changed so that flow that is now being
directed into the Deer Trail Ditch will be directed over the Fire Mountain Canal by means of a flume and,
then, along the north side of the old raikoad grade.
This revision is available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 140 Grand Avenue, Paonia, CO 81428.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
seph J.
