The Permit Renewal Application, pages 4-6 have been revised to corzect inaccurate references to <br />page numbers in the permit. <br />2. Table of Contents, Page iv <br />3. Maps 1 Surface Ownership and Mapr 2 Coal Ownership have been updated to show current <br />ownership of record. Attachment l has been updated to include the numbers referenced in the <br />Division's review letter. <br />4. Section 2.03 Pages 2.03-1 through 2.03-30 have been revised to provide curzent information <br />required by this section. Other pages have been repaginated to facilitate organization of this <br />section. <br />Basin is currently reviewing the permit regazding revegetation and sampling methodology and may submit a <br />revision at a later date. <br />Sin~relY, <br />Ronald G.
