This minor revision permits disposal of <br />mine waste rock during reclamation of the mine site, and makes corrections to a map of the <br />Permit. This decision will be posted fora 10 day public comment period at the offices of the <br />Division. If, within ten days, there are no adverse comments, the decision will become final. <br />Due to your special interest in this action, you are being advised of this proposed decision by this <br />letter in addition to the regulatory requirement above. I would appreciate your written <br />comments, in concurrence or adverse as the case may be, by August 21, 1998.
