operator makes a commitment to this office for any of the same locally-imposed reclamation aspects, then it would be an item under our jurisdiction also. Western Mobile's approved DMG reclamation plan does not include the same details as their plan with the county, and we cannot require the operator to comply with requirements that are not ours. It appears, however, that their commitments to the county do not conflict with their plan with us. This office will not bond the operator for fulfilling the county's requirements, nor enforce such requirements outside our jurisdiction. 17. I have asked for clarification of that item also, because as }you know, it greatly affects the amount of reclamation bond to be required.
