• 13. HBG 1.I.A.13 Legal Description Legal description of area requested; The description within the original Application was in ettor, and was corrected to the description in the public notice. See paragraph III.C above. The description provided is not a legal description in the "meets and bounds" sense, but a Public Land Survey specific location description. Bond release request areas were delineated on Exhibit 1, corrected (certified October 29, 1997), first submitted in the Application. During evaluation of the Application, this Exhibit was replaced by Exhibit 1, Revision 2, dated 3/2/98 (with release request areas delineated). 15. HBG 1.I.A.15 Dates of Reclamation Work Dates reclamation work performed, including final grading, topsoiling (if applicable), and initial seeding (if applicable); The required information is annotated on Exhibit 1 of the Application. 16. HBG 1.I.A.16 Results Achieved A description of the results achieved as they relate to the approved reclamation plan and the criteria used in the determination; Results achieved are described in paragraph 3.2 of the Application. Cross sections to compare against approved post mining topography (Map 19 of the Permit) were provided as Exhibits 2 and 3. 17. HBG 1.I.A.17 Copies of Written Notice Copies of the written notice to seek release to parties identified in Rule 3.03.2(1). This includes: adjoining property owners, surface owners, local government bodies, municipalities, regional planning commissions, boards of county commissioners, county planning agencies, sewage and water treatment authorities, and water conservancy and water conservation districts in the locality of the mine; and Copies of the written notices were provided to the Division.
